World Meditation Day

Tomorrow dawns a sacred call,
A chance to pause, to rise, to fall.
Not in defeat, but in gentle release,
A path to find our inner peace.

In the stillness, the chaos fades,
The restless mind, no longer swayed.
Stress unwinds, a calm takes hold,
A balm for hearts both young and old.

Breath flows steady, a soothing stream,
A space unfolds for the quiet dream.
Focus sharpens, the haze grows thin,
The world without mirrors the calm within.

From anxious thoughts to restful ground,
In meditation, clarity is found.
Health renews, the body thrives,
With every breath, new energy arrives.

The mind grows strong, yet softly still,
Harnessed not by force but will.
Compassion blooms, the ego wanes,
A deeper love within remains.

Creativity sparks in the silent hour,
A fountain of thought, a wellspring of power.
Patience grows, as does our grace,
With meditation, we find our place.

A practice timeless, a gift so pure,
A remedy no riches can procure.
On this day, let us commit,
To sit in stillness, to simply sit.

For in the quiet, we truly see,
The boundless joy of simply being free.
So on this World Meditation Day,
Let’s breathe, let go, and find our way.
